MEMORANDUM OPINION
From the 112th Judicial District Court, Sutton County, Texas
Trial Court No. 6083
Honorable Pedro Gomez, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice JOINT MOTION TO REVERSE AND RENDER GRANTED; REVERSED AND RENDERED
This is an appeal in an expunction matter. On September 30, 2016, appellant, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and appellee, S.H.R., filed a joint motion asking this court to reverse the order of expunction and render judgment in favor of appellant.
After review, we grant the joint motion to reverse and render, reverse the trial court's order of expunction, and render judgment in favor of appellant denying the request for expunction. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A) (stating appellate court may render judgment effectuating parties' agreement). Pursuant to the parties' agreement, we order that appellee bear all costs of this appeal. See id. at R. 43.4 (stating that in civil case court's judgment should award appellate costs to prevailing party, but may tax costs otherwise as required by law or for good cause).
