ORDER
REBECA C. MARTINEZ, CHIEF JUSTICE.
On November 1, 2023, and again on November 2, 2023, the State filed a motion requesting an extension of time to file its brief. The first motion was filed contemporaneously with the State's brief. After consideration, we GRANT the State's first motion, DEEM the brief timely filed, and DISMISS the second motion as moot.
