On August 30, 2013, relator filed a document replying to certain statements contained in respondent's response. The court has considered relator's supplemental filing and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to habeas corpus relief. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
