EX PARTE Steven ROBLES

From the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CR1302-W1
Honorable Catherine Torres-Stahl, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On April 8, 2019, appellant filed a pro se "Motion to Obtain Transcript and Withholdings From the Clerk's Record in Full Disclosure," seeking a copy of the appellate record. We granted that relief on February 12, 2019, and on February 13, 2019, we mailed appellant a copy of the clerk's record and supplemental clerk's record. We did not mail appellant a copy of the reporter's record because we confirmed with the court coordinator that there was no live hearing when the trial court denied appellant's amended application for writ of habeas corpus seeking relief under article 11.072 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Appellant has requested a copy of the appellate record numerous times since that date. We denied each of appellant's subsequent requests for a copy of the appellate record as moot. In each of those orders, we reminded appellant that we had provided him a copy of the clerk's record and that there is no reporter's record. For these reasons, we DENY appellant's motion requesting a copy of the appellate record as MOOT.

Beth Watkins, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 7th day of May, 2019.

KEITH E. HOTTLE,

Clerk of Court
