ORDER

The clerk's record in these appeals were filed January 12, 2018. Our review has determined that the clerk's records are incomplete. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The records filed in these appeals contain an opinion and judgment of this court dated June 22, 2017, mandates of this court issued August 16, 2017, and appellant's notice of appeal filed November 21, 2017. The records do not contain (1) all items required by Rule 34.5(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in trial court cause nos. 1324897-B, 1324898-B, 1324899-B, and (2) the writ application and trial court's orders in trial court cause nos. 1324897-C, 1324898-C, 1324899-C.

The Harris County District Clerk is directed to file supplemental clerk's records in these appeals on or before February 2, 2018, containing (1) all items required by Rule 34.5(a) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure in trial court cause nos. 1324897-B, 1324898-B, 1324899-B, and (2) the writ application and trial court's orders in trial court cause nos. 1324897-C, 1324898-C, 1324899-C.

If the omitted items are not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file supplemental clerk's records in these appeals containing a certified statement that the omitted items are not a part of the case file.
