ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. W16-00017-U(B) IN THE 291ST DISTRICT COURT FROM DALLAS COUNTY
ORDER
Per curiam.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.07 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the clerk of the trial court transmitted to this Court this application for a writ of habeas corpus. Ex parte Young, 418 S.W.2d 824, 826 (Tex. Crim. App. 1967). Applicant was convicted of capital murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. The Fifth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Robinson v. State, 05-16-00449-CR (Tex. App.-Dallas, May 24, 2017). This is Applicant's second habeas application challenging this conviction. His initial habeas application was denied Dec. 19, 2018.
Applicant's claim concerning the medical examiner is denied. His remaining claims concerning the validity of his conviction and sentence are dismissed pursuant to Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 11.07 §4. Accordingly, this application is denied in part and dismissed in part.
