EX PARTE DAVID EARL RAMBO, Applicant

ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS FROM MARION COUNTY

JOHNSON, J., filed a concurring statement. CONCURRING STATEMENT

Applicant complains that the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is not giving him the street time that he earned while on parole. However, he was never released on parole for this offense. It appears that applicant might have confused this conviction with another for which he has been sentenced, paroled, and revoked. Applicant's sentence in this cause number has been discharged and, in this application, he does not raise collateral consequences, so this Court has no jurisdiction. The Court therefore properly dismisses this application. Filed: March 2, 2016
