ORDER
PER CURIAM
Appellant, Christian Prieto Prieto, has filed a "Motion to File Amended Brief" and an "Amended Motion to File Amended Brief." After considering the motions, the court GRANTS Prieto Prieto's amended motion to file an amended brief and accepts Prieto Prieto's amended brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.7. The court further DISMISSES Prieto Prieto's motion to file amended brief as moot.
