ORDER
PER CURIAM
On August 6, 2024, this appeal was set for on-briefs submission before a panel consisting of Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Irene Rios, and Justice Beth Watkins. It is ORDERED that this appeal is WITHDRAWN from submission and will be set for formal submission on a later date.
Further, upon consideration, the court has determined that justice requires that the parties be afforded an opportunity to rebrief the issues in this case in light of the Court of Criminal Appeals' recent decision in Ex parte Aparicio, No. PD-0461-23, 2024 WL 4446878 (Tex. Crim. App. Oct. 9, 2024). See Tex. R. App. P. 38.7.
We therefore ORDER Appellant to file his amended brief, if any, by February 7, 2025. The State's amended brief, if any, will be due 60 days after the filing of Appellant's amended brief. Requests for extension of time will be strongly disfavored.
It is so ORDERED.
