On January 10, 2024, we dismissed this appeal for want of jurisdiction because appellant's notice of appeal was untimely filed. Appellant's motion for rehearing from our January 10, 2024 opinion and order is DENIED.
Because we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, appellant's pending "Motion to Vacate Judgment Because Appellant Did Not Receive a Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal" and "Motion to Respond to All of Pfister's Claims in the Judgment" are also DENIED.
