ORDER
On May 19, 2016, in granting appellant's "Motion to Withdraw as Counsel," we ordered appellant's brief due on June 20, 2016. Our order directed appellant to file a brief or motion for extension no later than June 20, 2016, or the court would consider the appeals without briefs. Appellant has not filed a response.
Accordingly, these cases will be submitted to the court without briefs or oral argument on Thursday, August 4, 2016, before a panel of Justice Gardner, Justice Walker, and Justice Meier. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(4). This panel is subject to change by the court. See Tex. R. App. P. 39.8.
The clerk of this court is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the appellant and the attorneys of record.
