This proceeding arises out of Cause No. NM302835, pending in the 379th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Ron Rangel presiding. --------

On June 15, 2016, petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion that petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of habeas corpus is DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a). The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
