The Texas Department of Public Safety appeals from an order granting an expunction. The parties have filed a joint motion to reverse the trial court's order and to render a judgment in favor of the Department. "We do not have the authority to make the necessary findings in this matter." See Ex parte Villarreal, No. 04-14-00510-CV, 2015 WL 264989, at *1 (Tex. App.—San Antonio Jan. 21, 2015, no pet.); Tex. Dep't of Pub. Safety v. Trautmann, No. 04-96-00786, 1996 WL 721950, at *1 (Tex. App-San Antonio Dec. 11, 1996, no writ) (not designated for publication). Accordingly, we grant the motion in part, reverse the trial court's order, and remand the cause to the trial court for the entry of an order in accordance with the parties' agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B); 43.2(d). Costs of the appeal are taxed against appellee Taylor Novick-Finder. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d).
