ON APPLICATIONS FOR WRITS OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NOS. 6343-A & 6343 IN THE 100TH DISTRICT COURT FROM CARSON COUNTY
ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Applicant was convicted of possession of a controlled substance and sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment in state jail. The Seventh Court of Appeals affirmed her conviction. Moore v. State, No. 07-21-00114-CR (Tex. App.-Amarillo Jan. 19, 2022) (not designated for publication). Applicant filed these applications for writs of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded them to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.
This Court dismissed the WR-95,273-01 application on December 6, 2023. After reconsideration on our own motion, the Court withdraws the previous dismissal entered in this application and substitutes this order. Tex.R.App.P. 79.2(d).
After an independent review of the record in these cases, the Court has determined that Applicant is not entitled to relief on either application. Therefore, after reconsideration on the Court's own motion of Applicant's initial application, relief is denied in cause numbers WR-95,273--01 and WR-95,273-02.
Copies of this order shall be sent to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-Correctional Institutions Division and the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
