EX PARTE Amanda Marie MONTOYA

From the 227th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2016CR11671 Honorable Kevin M. O'Connell, Judge Presiding.

ORDER

Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice.

Following an earlier mistrial, on November 30, 2021, the trial court denied Appellant's application for a pretrial writ of habeas corpus. Appellant filed a notice of appeal, the clerk's and reporter's records were filed, and Appellant's brief was due on June 29, 2022.

On July 1, 2022, Appellant advised this court that the appellate record is not complete: it is missing reporter's records from three previous hearings. See TEX. R. APP. P. 31.1. Appellant noted that she has requested all three records, see id. R. 34.6(d), and she asked that her brief's due date be changed to twenty days after the reporter's records are filed, see id. R. 31.1.

Appellant's motion is granted. We withdraw the due date for Appellant's brief. See id. The reporter's records are due within ten days of the date of this order. Appellant's brief will be due twenty days after the appellate record is complete. See id.
