Appellant, Warren McGee, has filed a motion for en banc reconsideration of the Court's March 28, 2024 opinion dismissing his appeal from the trial court's March 3, 2023 order denying his pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.2(a), 49.5.
The en banc court has unanimously voted to deny appellant's motion for en banc reconsideration. It is ordered that the motion is denied.
