MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant, Raymond Lee Lara, challenges the trial court's May 12, 2020 orders, denying his applications for writ of habeas corpus in four causes. Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss each of his appeals, representing that he has pled guilty in each case, rendering the appeals moot. See Saucedo v. State, 795 S.W.2d 8, 9 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] 1990, no pet.) (appeal of pretrial writ of habeas corpus rendered moot by entry of guilty plea in underlying case); see also Picone v. State, No. 14-95-00300-CR, 1995 WL 506598, at *1 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] Aug. 24, 1995, no pet.) (not designated for publication) (same).
The underlying cases are The State of Texas v. Raymond Lee Lara, Cause Nos. 1674459, 1674460, 1674461, and 1674462, in the 182nd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Danilo Lacayo presiding.
Appellant and his attorney have signed the motions, and this Court has not issued an opinion in the appeals. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a). Further, more than ten days have passed and the State has not expressed opposition to appellant's motions. See TEX. R. APP. P. 10.3(a).
Accordingly, we grant appellant's motions and dismiss the appeals as moot. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.2(a), 43.2(f). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
