Opinion issued August 10, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 7, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F04-72769-Mry, F05-53077-Try. Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, O'NEILL, and MAZZANT.

OPINION

Otis Donte Johnson, who is incarcerated under indictment for two murder offenses, filed applications for writ of habeas corpus seeking release in each case on a personal bond or reduced bail because of delay. Following a hearing, the trial court denied appellant the relief he sought, and these appeals followed. Appellant has now filed a "motion of nolle prosequi" seeking to dismiss the appeals. The motion is personally signed by appellant. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a). Accordingly, we grant the motion and dismiss the appeals.
