ORDER

This is an appeal from an order granting expunction. The clerk's record was filed under seal on March 20, 2017. On May 12, 2017, appellant, the Texas Department of Public Safety, filed a motion for access to the clerk's record.

The motion is granted. The record will remain sealed.
