Before the Court is appellant's August 23, 2024 first motion to extend time to file his brief and for approval to file the appendix under seal. We note this is an appeal from an order of expunction. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion and ORDER the appendix, as well as the brief, filed under seal no later than October 1, 2024. Because the brief was first due August 11, 2024, we caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.
