This proceeding arises out of Cause No. DC5554, styled State of Texas v. Donald Lowell Hulsopple, Jr., pending in the 216th Judicial District Court, Gillespie County, Texas, the Honorable N. Keith Williams presiding.

ORDER

On April 26, 2017, Relator filed a letter with this court, which this court considers to be a motion for rehearing of this court's March 27, 2017 denial of Relator's petition for habeas corpus. The panel has considered the motion and it is DENIED.

Relator's letter indicates he intends to file a revised petition for writ of habeas corpus. This court notes that a writ of habeas corpus may be issued by the Court of Criminal Appeals, district courts, county courts or any judge of those courts. TEX. CODE CRIM. PROC. art. 11.05 (West 2015).

It is so ORDERED on May 12, 2017.
