ORDER
LANA MYERS, JUSTICE.
Before the Court is appellant's January 26, 2022 motion to extend the time to file his brief in this accelerated appeal. Our record shows the reporter's record has been filed, but the clerk's record has not been filed and is overdue. We GRANT appellant's motion and offer the following relief.

We ORDER appellant to file his brief by March 1, 2022. We ORDER the State to file its brief by March 16, 2022.
