ON APPLICATION FOR AN ORIGINAL WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. 64,888-C IN THE 251ST DISTRICT COURT FROM POTTER COUNTY Per curiam. ORDER

Applicant filed an application for an original writ of habeas corpus pursuant to this Court's authority to issue extraordinary writs. TEX. CONST. art. V, § 5(c). Applicant alleged he was held in contempt of court and ordered to serve 120 days in the Potter County Jail. After consideration of the entire record, leave to file is denied. Applicant, who was ordered released to personal bond by this Court's prior order in this case, is remanded to the custody of the Sheriff of Potter County in accordance with the judgment of contempt in this case.
