EX PARTE Lily HARRIS

MEMORANDUM OPINION

From the 112th Judicial District Court, Sutton County, Texas
Trial Court No. 6084
Honorable Pedro Gomez, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice REVERSED AND RENDERED

The parties have filed a "Joint Motion to Reverse and Render Judgment" stating they agree that appellee Lily Harris is not entitled to an expunction of records related to her January 17, 2014 arrest because she was assessed and served a term of deferred adjudication for a charge arising out of the arrest; thus, the parties request that the order of expunction entered by the 112th Judicial District Court of Sutton County on June 9, 2016 in Cause No. 6084 be reversed in its entirety and that judgment be rendered in favor of appellant Texas Department of Public Safety.

We grant the motion. The trial court's Order of Expunction signed June 9, 2016 is reversed and judgment is rendered denying all relief requested by Lily Harris regarding all records with respect to her January 17, 2014 arrest. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A). Pursuant to the parties' agreement, costs of the appeal are taxed against Lily Harris.
