ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. 007-1311-14-A IN THE 7 DISTRICT COURT FROM SMITH COUNTY Per curiam. ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.07 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the clerk of the trial court transmitted to this Court this application for a writ of habeas corpus. Ex parte Young, 418 S.W.2d 824, 826 (Tex. Crim. App. 1967). Applicant was convicted of the offense of murder and sentenced to imprisonment for thirty-five years. He did not appeal his conviction.
The habeas record has been forwarded to this Court, but is in an unreadable state. Applicant's memorandum and exhibits appear after his application form in random order, making it impossible to determine which papers are a part of which exhibit. It is also unclear whether the entire filing has been provided.
We remand this application to the 7 District Court of Smith County to provide an orderly record of Applicant's memorandum and exhibits.
This application will be held in abeyance until the trial court has supplemented the record and sent this Court a corrected record. The issues shall be resolved within 30 days of this order. A supplemental transcript containing the corrected record shall be forwarded to this Court within 45 days of the date of this order. Any extensions of time shall be obtained from this Court.
