ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Applicant was convicted of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to three cumulated terms of ninety-nine years' imprisonment. Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

In correspondence to this Court, Applicant says that the district clerk is refusing to accept filings from him-specifically a memorandum and possibly exhibits-and he provides a letter the district clerk mailed to him stating that documents he attempted to file were being returned.

Applicant may file a memorandum of law and exhibits in Johnson County within 60 days of the date of this order. The memorandum of law must comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 73 and must not exceed 15,000 words if computer-generated or fifty pages if not. The trial court shall supplement the habeas record to this Court with Applicant's memorandum and exhibits or provide a written statement indicating that no such filings were received. The trial court may make findings on the habeas application and shall supplement the habeas record to this Court with any findings. The trial court shall comply with this order within 90 days from the date of this order. Any extensions of time must be requested by the trial court and obtained from this Court.
