On September 27, 2022, appellant Luis Alexis Gonzalez-Morales filed "Appellant's Emergency Unopposed Motion for Temporary Stay of Trial Court Proceedings" seeking to stay all trial court proceedings in Webb County Court at Law Cause No. 2022CRB000722L1 pending resolution of this appeal.
After consideration, we GRANT this motion. We ORDER all trial court proceedings in Webb County Court at Law Cause No. 2022CRB000722L1 STAYED pending final disposition of this appeal.
