Appellant, Angel Eugene, has filed a motion for en banc reconsideration of the Court's April 2, 2024 opinion dismissing her appeal from the trial court's February 24, 2023 order denying her pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus for lack of jurisdiction. See TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(A), 49.5.
The en banc court has unanimously voted to deny appellant's motion for en banc reconsideration. It is ordered that the motion is denied.
