ORDER
Appellant, Tiffany Marie Dunkle, has filed a notice of appeal of the trial court's March 22, 2019 order denying her application for writ of habeas corpus. The appellate record for this appeal was due on January 19, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 31.1. The clerk's record was filed on January 25, 2023. A reporter's record has not been filed.
On March 29, 2023, the court reporter notified the Court that appellant had not made arrangements to pay for the record. Thus, on March 29, 2023, the Clerk of this Court notified appellant that unless the reporter's record was filed, appellant filed proof that payment arrangements for the reporter's record had been made, or appellant filed proof that she was entitled to proceed without payment of costs by April 10, 2023, the Court may consider the appeal without a reporter's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c). Appellant has not responded to the Court's notice.
Accordingly, the Court will consider and decide those issues or points that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3.
Further, the Court will consider briefing in this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 31.1(b). Appellant is ordered to file a brief within 20 days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 31.1(a), (b), 38.6(a). The State's brief, if any, will be due no later than 20 days from the date appellant's brief is filed.
