Per curiam. ORDER
This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to Article 11.07. The habeas court issued findings of fact and conclusions of law and recommended denying relief. We adopt the habeas court's findings and conclusions except for finding 6 to the extent it faults Dr. Douty for not citing the modern literature on which she depended for her revised view, finding 18 to the extent it concludes that Dr. Plunkett's testimony was not newly available, conclusion 3 (regarding the availability of Dr. Plunkett's testimony), and conclusion 9 (addressing laches). Concluding that the balance of the findings and conclusions that we do adopt supports denying relief, we deny relief. Delivered: June 6, 2018 Do not publish
