MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from the denial of an expunction petition. The notice of appeal, though untimely, was filed within fifteen days after it was due. Therefore, the Clerk of this Court notified Appellant that the appeal may be dismissed for want of jurisdiction if Appellant failed to file a response within twenty-one days providing a reasonable explanation for the late filing of the notice of appeal. See In re B.G., 104 S.W.3d 565, 567 (Tex.App.-Waco 2002, order) (per curiam). Appellant has not responded to this notice. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
