ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. W15-14925-S(A) IN THE 282ND DISTRICT COURT FROM DALLAS COUNTY Per curiam. ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.07 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the clerk of the trial court transmitted to this Court this application for a writ of habeas corpus. Ex parte Young, 418 S.W.2d 824, 826 (Tex. Crim. App. 1967). Applicant was convicted of forgery committed against an elderly person and sentenced to seven years' imprisonment.
Applicant raises four grounds for relief. The habeas court found that grounds two through four were rendered moot by entry of a judgment nunc pro tunc correcting the offense for which Applicant was convicted. The habeas court found that ground one should be denied. After a review of the record, we agree with the habeas court that ground one should be denied and that grounds two, three, and four are moot and should be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ application is denied in part and dismissed in part. Filed: October 04, 2017 Do not publish
