Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.
The Court on its own motion REINSTATES the above styled and numbered cause. The Court will resume consideration of the appeal and hereby sets it for submission without oral argument for July 29, 2024.
Further, the Court has this day GRANTED Aron Israelite's motion to withdraw as counsel for the Appellant in the above styled and numbered cause. The Court has also this day filed Doug Keller's entry of appearance as counsel of record for the Appellant.
