EX PARTE BRANDON COE

On Appeal from the 221st District Court

Montgomery County, Texas

Trial Cause No. 11-11-12628 CR

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 14, 2012, we denied Brandon Coe's motion for extension of time to file notice of appeal. Coe did not file notice of appeal within fifteen days of the deadline for filing a notice of appeal from the trial court's order denying a pre-trial application of habeas corpus. We notified the parties that the appeal would be dismissed unless the appellant demonstrated that he filed a notice of appeal on or before May 22, 2012. No response has been filed.

The Court finds that notice of appeal was not timely filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.2. The Court finds it is without jurisdiction to entertain this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

APPEAL DISMISSED.
