ORDER
Trial court case number: 1683152 Trial court: 184th District Court of Harris County Appellant has filed a Motion to Extend Time to File Notice of Appeal. Since Appellant filed his motion, the district clerk's office has filed a supplemental clerk's record containing Appellant's "Notice of Appeal [regarding] Application for Writ Of Habeas Corpus To Reduce Bonds and Amend Bond Conditions." Appellant filed his notice of appeal on July 30, 2020, thus timely appealing the habeas court's July 28, 2020 order, denying habeas relief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.2. Because Appellant timely filed his notice of appeal, an extension of time is unnecessary. Accordingly, Appellant's Motion to Extend Time to File Notice of Appeal is denied. Although timely filed, Appellant filed his July 30 notice of appeal under the incorrect trial court cause number. To ensure clarity in the record, Appellant is requested to file an amended notice of appeal with the Clerk of this Court, bearing the correct trial court cause number of 1683152. Appellant's amended notice of appeal should be filed in this Court within 20 days of the date of this order.
