Application for writ of prohibition denied for reasons stated in opinion in companion case, No. 16958, Ex parte Lee Burns.

Appeal from Harrison County.

Application by Lee Burns for writ of prohibition to prevent the trial court from trying him on a charge of robbery until an appeal on the question of bail has been determined.

Writ denied.

The opinion states the case.

The application herein is in all respects the same as that found in cause number 16,958, Ex parte Lee Burns. For the reason stated in the opinion in that case the writ herein requested is denied.
