ORDER
The Court has received appellant's notice of appeal from the trial court's order denying his pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus. This is an accelerated criminal appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 31.
We ORDER the trial court to prepare the certification of appellant's right to appeal within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(d).
We ORDER the Collin County District Clerk to file, by MAY 20, 2016, the clerk's records for the cases containing all documents related to the pretrial habeas corpus proceedings.
We ORDER court reporter Susan Maienschein to file, by MAY 20, 2016, either the reporter's record of the hearings conducted on the application for writ of habeas corpus or written verification that no hearings were recorded.
We ORDER appellant to file his brief by JUNE 10, 2016. We ORDER the State to file its brief by JULY 1, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Yoon Kim, Collin County District Clerk; court reporter Susan Maienschein; and to counsel for all parties.
The Court will notify the parties of the submission date and time after all briefs have been filed.
