ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS CAUSE NO. 788770-C IN THE 179TH DISTRICT COURT FROM HARRIS COUNTY

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Applicant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child and sentenced to thirty years' imprisonment. The Fourteenth Court of Appeals affirmed his conviction. Allen v. State, No. 14-98-01294-CR (Tex. App.-Houston [14th Dist.] Aug. 23, 2001). Applicant filed this application for a writ of habeas corpus in the county of conviction, and the district clerk forwarded it to this Court. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07.

After a review of the record, we find Applicant's claim of actual innocence is without merit. Therefore, we deny relief.

Applicant's remaining claims alleging abuse of discretion and ineffective assistance of counsel are dismissed pursuant to Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 11.07 § 4.
