MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellants' brief was originally due on October 12, 2005. On December 6, 2006, appellants Susie M. Ewing and all occupants filed their first motion for extension of time, which we granted until January 10, 2006. We warned appellants that if they did not file a brief, their appeal would be subject to dismissal. To date, appellants have not filed a brief. We therefore DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
