DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Pound Ridge, Westchester County, entered January 28, 2019, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted on the condition that appellant continue to comply with the payment terms contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated April 18, 2019 and perfect the appeal by March 2, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to March 2, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the appeal is not perfected by March 2, 2020, the stay will automatically vacate effective immediately thereafter, and the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal or respondent may move, on three day's notice, to dismiss the appeal and may serve such application in person.
