JUSTIN EVERETT v. DESTINEY MCALLISTER


In Re: Justin T. Everett, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 2015-0090. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. As a party objecting to the February 23, 2015 interim order granting joint custody of the plaintiff-relator, Justin Everett's, and defendant-respondent, Destiney McAllister's child with alternating weekend visitation to plaintiff-relator, plaintiff-relator Justin Everett's immediate remedy is to appear before the trial court so that the trial court may promptly consider the merits of this matter and render a final judgment. See Suazo v. Suazo, 2010-0111 (La. App. 1st Cir. 6/11/10), 39 So.3d 830.
