This case is currently set for trial during the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On November 6, 2023, the Court served on petitioner a Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 7) and a Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 8). On November 20, 2023, the Court received the Notice Setting Case for Trial and the Standing Pretrial Order served on petitioner returned by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Forward Time Exp - Rtn to Send." A forwarding address is listed on the label.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner, upon receipt of this Order, shall provide the Court with written notice of his current address. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order, Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 7), and Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 8) at the forwarding address listed on the label of the November 20, 2023, returned mail.
