This case is currently set for trial on the Court's November 29, 2021, Miami, Florida remote trial session. On November 8, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of prosecution, filed November 8, 2021, is set for hearing at the Court's Miami, Florida remote trial session, scheduled to commence on November 29, 2021, at 10:00am EST. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar on November 29, 2021, petitioner shall file an objection or other response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed November 8, 2021.

Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the remote hearing on November 29, 2021, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioner.
