Auctions and Auctioneers — Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Merchant Auctioneers and Requiring Year's Business Residence Held Valid Police Regulation.

The first syllabus in the case of Moore v. City of Oklahoma City et al., 161 Okla. 205, 17 P.2d 953, is adopted as the syllabus in this case.

Original action in Supreme Court by H.F. Evans against John Watt, Chief of Police of Oklahoma City, for writ of habeas corpus for illegal restraint. Writ denied.

W.H. Brown and A.P. Van Meter, for defendant in error.


This proceeding was disposed of by the ruling and opinion rendered in the case of Moore v. City of Oklahoma City, 161 Okla. 205, 17 2d 953. The writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied.
