ORDER

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, U.S. District Judge.

A motion for summary judgment by The Port Authority and the individual defendants other than Mr. Home remains pending in substantial part in view of the moving defendants' failure to submit reply papers by reason of the events of September 11, 2001. The Court has extended the time for their submission sine die subject to its right to decide the motion in favor of movants without awaiting reply papers.

The events of September 11 now are more than four months in the past. Any reply papers shall be served and filed no later than February 13, 2002. The reply papers should focus on the following matters:

1. Plaintiff's claims of failure to promote him:

a. to Manager, TBT Operations at the Holland Tunnel in September 1998.

b. to Manager, TBT Physical Plant at the Holland Tunnel and at the Staten Island bridges in February 1999.

c. to Supervisor, E-Z Pass Customer Service in January 2000.

2. Whether plaintiff's supplementary materials, forwarded under cover of a letter dated September 5, 2001, should be considered.

Moving defendants are free to address any other matters they wish consistent with the applicable page limits.
