ORDER


This action is brought against The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Ernesto Butcher, Mark Muriello, Adrienne Holmes, Lee Home, Dr. Martin Duke, Jeffrey Green, and Kenneth Philmus. By order of even date, the Court granted Home's motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. In Plaintiff's Opposition Memorandum to Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, plaintiff moves to dismiss the action as against all individual defendants other than Butcher, Muriello, Holmes, Home and Duke. That motion is granted, and the action is dismissed as against defendants Green and Philmus.

SO ORDERED.
