ORDER

Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration, dated August 5, 2002, which is unopposed, is granted. On reconsideration, the Court clarifies its previous decision by making clear that the motion for summary judgment is denied insofar as it pertained to plaintiff's claim that he was placed on AWOL status and his pay suspended in retaliation for his having engaged in protected activities.
