ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due June 12, 2024. On June 21, 2024, this court notified court reporter Natasha Kahler that her volumes of the reporter's record were late and instructed her to file her volumes of the record by July 22, 2024. As of the date of this order, Ms. Kahler has not filed either her volumes of the record or a notification of late record. We ORDER Ms. Kahler to file her volumes of the reporter's records by August 9, 2024. If Ms. Kahler does not comply with this order, we may be required to initiate contempt proceedings.
