On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. F22-60033, F22-51027
ORDER
ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Before this Court is appellant's May 30, 2024 motion to supplement the record and for extension of time to file his brief. In his motion, appellant points out that the clerk's record in cause no. In the event the District Clerk for Dallas County does not have in its possession the amended indictment, we ORDER the District Clerk for Dallas County to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a letter verifying that the clerk does not have possession of the itemized bill of costs from the date of final judgment.
Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS after the District Clerk files the supplemental record or a letter verifying that the Clerk does not have possession of the itemized bill of costs from the date of final judgment.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order, by electronic transmission, to Felicia Pitre, District Clerk for Dallas County, and to counsel for all parties.
