Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about April 11, 2018 and November 21, 2018, respectively, and said appeals having been perfected, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5519, for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid orders which required plaintiff to turn over her cell phone to defense counsel for inspection, without restriction, pending hearing and determination of the appeals taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted.
